This is the fifth generation website for a martial arts school in a competitive market. This brick-and-mortar business is in a physical retail environment that gets little foot traffic, so a lack of “walk-ins” was a problem. We used an iterative web design process that refined the school’s message and improved user-experience to increase conversion rates to build an effective website. This was then combined with an ongoing email and social media marketing campaign to drive new, qualified traffic to the site.
Now, over 80% of the school’s enrollment comes from online sources!
